My Pet’s Vet, a growing small group practice with seven hospitals, is opening a new hospital in Florence, KY, and is looking for the right Chief of Staff doctor to join our team.
We have a perfect opportunity for an experienced veterinarian with a desire to lead and mentor their own team! Our doctor-centric culture gives doctors great autonomy to practice medicine as their experience would lead them, while being supported by our administrative team. You will also have the support and comradery of your fellow Chiefs of Staff, our Chief Medical Officer (career owner of 13 animal hospitals), our Medical Officer (located in Columbus, Ohio), our Feline Medical Officer (President elect of the AAFP) and our Field Medical Director (DABVP and a Certified Practice Manager).

As an Urgent Care veterinarian, you will work as part of a highly efficient, well-coordinated team that can help provide you with a quality work – life balance. Urgent Care Veterinarian:
The primary role of the Urgent Care Veterinarian is to efficiently provide high quality out-patient care to patients with minor injuries and ailments. Responsibilities include all aspects of urgent care that do not require hospitalization, with an emphasis on thorough and timely communication with clients and referral veterinarians. Cases requiring more advanced care will be stabilized for specialty transfer and 24-hour care with the MedVet Cincinnati specialty services. This is a unique opportunity for a small-animal general practice, emergency, or internship trained veterinarian to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment with the benefit of set shift schedules.
